Preorders:

  • For items available for preorder, we will specify the expected shipping date on the product page. Your order will be shipped on or shortly after the provided date.

Standard Shipping (Non-Preorder Items):

  • All orders that are not preorders will be processed and shipped within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends and major holidays.
  • Most orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, depending on the nature of the product, size, or other factors, we may occasionally use other reliable carriers to ensure the best service for you.

Shipping Methods:

  • For your convenience, we offer a variety of shipping methods at checkout, including USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Please select the option that best meets your needs.

Shipping Confirmation:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you encounter such an issue, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • General Despair Press is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

  • General Despair Press is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
